What Are Some Quotes About Forgiving at a Deeper Level?

Question by Power: What are some quotes about forgiving at a deeper level?
How would someone who was in the holocaust forgive their guard or someone so hateful in that kind of situaton. Even people who believe in past lives may feel that kind of control from someone even though it is not real in this life.

What about someone they have in their family & love but this person may have something wrong that makes them act in a way that messes things up. Maybe this person is autistic on some level but being an older person there were no lables so they are being misunderstood as being personally a problem.

What if someone caused someone else to get involved in behavior such as drug addiction cause they were young & it was what they did. Yet, the person is in the same family & really loves the person but can’t forgive.

What about people who are judging someone cause they don’t know what is going on & the person being judged is in a bad situation & can’t explain. Whew, I know that is a lot oh one more…..

What if a child was molested by someone who has now died from aids. What if that child died also from suicide. How does one forgive themselves for not realizing what happened?

So there are some really deep issues that require forgiveness. What quotes will help someone who can’t just say “forgive them father for they know not what they do”. I believe that is what Jesus said as he was being crusified. How does one forgive so they can go on with their life living in peace? Thank you.
EDIT I am looking for quotes that would help me release the attachment to these stories. Forgive is to GIVE IT UP. I think when I have believed that others will get what is coming to them, then I feel that what happened was something I must have had coming to me. So the circle just goes round & round. I want to break that pattern & only attract loving relationships & situations because I believe in love.

As you know I have felt I was mistreated by my family, but because of friends and other people who have given me support have allowed me to stay strong, in not fully losing my will and positive out look on life. At times I felt low or depressed, but so far it always seem, one of my supporters comes along and lifts my spirits. Just last month, after 4 months of this one co-worker trying to bully me making my work harder, I stood up for myself, and she tried to get me in trouble, but 6 other workers went to bat for me. And 2 who have worked their longer refused to work with her, saying that she was lazy. She now works in the hardest unit, and has gotten so upset has argued with 3 other co-workers, Insiders have said they are looking to replace her. So what goes around comes around.
