Are there any disk or programs I can buy online or in stores to block me from falling into my temptation of self abuse (masturbation) . I have fallen into this I am an addict and only want to recover its hard but I want to do anything possible of recovering from porn addiction beside leaving my computer help please .

if you want to do it in your own effort. but i’m guessing you will just fail.

although cold turkey is rather a health hazard at times.
