Question by jimboneill1208: If I fail a Police Department drug test, can i be arrested?
I live in Tennessee and am applying for a job with the Knoxville Police Department. I used drugs a couple of weeks ago, but won’t use them again. If I fail the pre-employment drug test, can I be arrested?
