Question by Patty: Child abuse. Who do I contact? In Tennessee.?
Who do I call or contact? My neighbors are screaming at an infant (9 months)and fighting. The mother has an older child(age 3) by another man that the grandmother on her side has custody of. They fist fight and do drugs out in the open. The baby is always inside alone. I have tried to help by offering to watch the baby. They still don’t care.
