Question by jilldalee: Can a hospital put a lien on the parents house of an adult child in Florida?
My friends 30 year old son is in drug rehab in a state owned hospital, now the hospital Jackson is threatening her with a lien on her house for payment; even though they took him in knowing he was indigent, is this legal? Or even possible? forget about ethically or morally correct we are taking about Miami, Florida
